These terms of service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by CYBER V INC. ("CyberShop", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders

All items are subject to availability. We display current prices, product descriptions and shipping options on the product pages and at checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout is the price that applies to your order. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email.

2. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment service provider. You confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have authorization to use it. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.

3. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timescales and costs are described on our Shipping information page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the shipping address you provided. It is your responsibility to provide a complete, correct address.

4. Returns and refunds

Our return policy forms part of these Terms. Unless an item is described as final sale, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, images and their arrangement — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
