Carriers and delivery scope

We ship with major national carriers (USPS, UPS and FedEx, depending on the service you choose). Standard and express services are offered for delivery within the United States; a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Handling and dispatch

Orders placed on business days are picked and packed within 1-2 business days. Carriers do not deliver on weekends and public holidays, so delivery estimates count business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the service you select. The available methods and their exact cost are always shown before you pay — there are no hidden fees added later.

Customs and duties

For US delivery addresses there are no customs formalities. If an item is ever shipped from outside the US, any import duties or taxes would be the responsibility of the recipient; we will always tell you clearly at checkout before this applies.
