Return policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Return conditions

Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging with any tags still attached. Trading cards and other sealed collectibles must still be sealed. Items damaged on arrival are always covered — send us a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, return shipping on us.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply within one business day with the return address and simple instructions. Items are returned by mail from your local post office or carrier drop-off — no printer required for most services.

Refunds

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once your return arrives at our warehouse it is inspected within 1-2 business days and your refund is issued immediately to the original payment method. Banks typically post the refund within 5-10 business days.
